Recruit - Be new to the clan and/or less than month in it.
Soldier - 1 month+ in the clan
Diplomat - Appointed and must have TS.
Treasurer - Appointed and must have TS.
Recruiter - Ask for but must have TS.
Commanders - Appointed, must be in the clan for 3 months+ and must have TS.
